Privacy policy

Effective October 6, 2026.

Simple Photo Editor is a photo editor published by Netersoft. Your photos are edited on your device: this policy explains what the app does with your data.

No data collected

Simple Photo Editor does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data, and sends your photos nowhere. The app has no user account, shows no ads, does not use the device's advertising ID, contains no usage analytics or crash reporting tools, and does not communicate with any server, Netersoft's included.

Photos and camera

You can revoke access to your photos or camera at any time in the system settings.

Data stored on your device

Apart from your photos, the app only stores your preferences (theme, language), the date it was first opened and how many times it was launched, used to pick a good moment to suggest rating the app. Uninstalling the app deletes this data; the photos saved in your gallery remain.

Sharing

When you share a photo or its info, the system share sheet opens: you choose the app that receives it, and it is then subject to that service's rules.

Reviews and external links

The app may show the Google Play or App Store review prompt. That prompt is handled by Google or Apple: the app does not know whether you rated it or what you wrote. The buttons to rate the app and see Netersoft's other apps open the store. Simple Photo Editor transmits nothing else.

Children

Since Simple Photo Editor collects no data, it collects no data from children either.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will ship with the app update, along with its effective date.
